Living the Truth You Already Know

Self-Trust, Boundaries, and the Practice of Choosing Yourself

A Sunday Communion Companion Workbook · Year 1 Arc · Autumn 2026

Miss AJ Williams · Spiritual Wellness Architect & Educator

This is not a journal. It is a guided practice for rebuilding self-trust as the foundation of your decisions — and learning to choose yourself without needing to explain why.

Before You Begin

A Letter to the Woman Ready to Choose Herself

This workbook was created for two kinds of women. One of you was in the room in October, so this will feel like a continuation, a deepening of something that already started for you. The other is seeing this material for the first time, without a gathering, a circle, or the sound bowl still resonating in her chest. Both of you are welcome here. Neither experience is less important.

If you were not there, here is what you need to know before starting Part I. This is the final gathering of a year-long journey called Outgrowing Your Old Identity. In the spring, you focused on seeing who you had become without choosing it. In the summer, you worked on letting go of what no longer fit. This last part is not about seeing or releasing. It is about living. More specifically, it explores the difference between choosing yourself and just performing self-love, and how to rebuild self-trust as the foundation for your decisions instead of relying on other people's reactions.

Having been in the room, you already speak the language. You know the audience question, the epistemic center, and the three markers on the mat. What follows is not a recap of what you were taught. Instead, it pushes far beyond the boundaries of that initial thirty-five-minute session. Consider that gathering your doorway. This workbook is the room you now enter.

You can use this workbook on its own. You do not need to have attended the gathering or read the previous two workbooks to do this work fully and honestly. This workbook was not created in isolation. EMBODY is the third part of a year-long journey, building on what came before: EVOLVE, which helped you see your conditioned identity, and INTEGRATE, which guided you in letting go of what no longer fit. If you want to go deeper, both companion workbooks are still available and can be read in order with this one.

Read Part I as if you are seeing these ideas for the first time. Familiarity is not the same as true integration.

With reverence,
Miss AJ Williams

How to move through this workbook

Five parts, each one a movement. Read the teaching first. Meet the example. Then write.

The rhythm of each part

Every part follows the same shape. First comes the teaching — the deeper context, written to be read slowly. Then a worked example, where you will meet a woman named Maya and watch her move through the same exercise you are about to do. Then the exercise itself, with space for your own words.

EX.

Wherever you see this gold tag, you are reading Maya's example, not an instruction. Maya is one woman, carried through all five parts, so you never have to face a blank page without seeing what the work can look like first. Her story is not your story. She is a doorway, not a template.

What your writing does

Everything you type is saved automatically to your account. Nothing is sent anywhere. When you are ready to keep a copy, use Export PDF at the top of the page, which will produce a printable version with your words included. Reset clears everything and begins again.

Write by instinct, not performance. The exercises ask for honesty, and honesty is rarely tidy. Let it be untidy.

I
Self-Trust as Identity
Choosing yourself is different from performing self-love. Self-trust is a skill you can rebuild.
II
Aligned Decision-Making
Four markers that tell you whether a decision comes from trust or from fear.
III
Boundaries as Identity
A boundary is not only protection. It is a declaration of who you are now.
IV
A Self-Trust Audit
Seven days of tracking your decisions to make your patterns visible.
V
21-Day Practice
Three phases — awareness, practice, integration — to make self-trust a way of living.
