Reclaiming The Truth of Who You Are
The Courage to See Yourself Clearly
A Sunday Communion Companion Workbook · Year 1 Arc · Spring 2026
Miss AJ Williams · Spiritual Wellness Architect & Educator
This is not a journal. It is a guided exploration of the identity you have been living, designed to help you understand, with real clarity, how that identity was built, why it persists, and where the gap lives between who you were conditioned to be and who you actually are.
This workbook is designed to be used as a standalone self-paced study. You do not need to have attended Sunday Communion to do this work. Everything you need is inside these pages. If you are a Sunday Communion participant, this workbook deepens and extends that arc. If you are coming to it fresh, it stands entirely on its own.
Work through it in order. The sections build on each other. Some exercises will take ten minutes. Some will stop you in the middle and ask you to sit with something for a day before continuing. Honor that. The pace of this work is not efficiency. It is honesty. And honesty moves at its own speed.
Suggested Pacing
Parts I through III — the exploration work — are designed to be moved through at your own pace, ideally over the course of a month. There is no rush. Let each section settle before moving to the next. A week per part is a reasonable rhythm; some participants take longer with certain layers and that is exactly right.
Part IV — the 30-Day Awareness Practice — begins after you have completed Parts I through III. It is its own dedicated month: one entry per day, one prompt per day, over thirty consecutive days.
Part V — the Declaration — is completed at the close of the 30-day practice, when you have the full body of your observation to draw from.
This workbook lives entirely within the Evolve phase of the Sunday Communion arc. Evolve is about awareness. Seeing clearly. It is not about releasing, healing, or rebuilding. Those are the work of later seasons. The only task in front of you is to see.
By the end of this work, you will not have fixed anything. You will not have resolved anything. What you will have done is harder and more permanent than that. You will have seen the conditioned self you have been performing with enough precision that you can name her. And you will have glimpsed the self underneath her — the one who has been quiet for a long time. That glimpse is the beginning of everything that comes next.
The seeing is not passive. It is one of the bravest things you will do this year.
